As a Manufacturing Management Accountant you play a central part in analysing production performance, supporting cost control, and driving profitability. It's the perfect opportunity to rest easy knowing your work makes a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurate and timely reporting
- Create weekly KPI Packs
- Maintain and improve costing modules
- Monitor material, labour and overhead variances
- Maintain and improve costing models
- Recommend Saving opportunities
- Assist weekly cash flow and forecasting
- Support site budgets and forecasts
- Ensure accurate inventory valuation
- Act as a finance lead on site
- Provide insights to support investment decisions and process improvements

Qualifications & Experience
- Qualified or part qualified accountant (CIMA preferred; ACCA/ACA considered)
- Manufacturing environment experience is essential
- Knowledge of cost accounting, BOMs and production workflow
- Proficient in Excel and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or similar
