If so, we have a unique opportunity for you to join our House Person team at Chatsworth.About the RoleAs the Assistant Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading our House Person Team, who are responsible for maintaining the high standards of presentation and visitor experience that Chatsworth is known for. From managing the flow of traffic in our busy car park to ensuring toilets and outdoor areas are clean, tidy, and welcoming, your leadership will make a real difference every day.This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same - whether you’re guiding a team during special events, supporting staff training, or ensuring our health and safety standards are met, you'll be an essential part of what keeps the Chatsworth experience running like clockwork.This is a permanent, full-time role, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday and working 1 weekend in every 3 week period. Flexibility is essential, particularly during busy periods.About YouYou should have supervisory experience or be able to demonstrate supervisory capability, alongside excellent customer service and communication skills. An awareness of security and H&S procedures is beneficial.
