Baldwins of Stowmarket shop (Your local department store - Fashion, Home & more...).

12 Hours Sales Assistant - 2 days a week (Possibility of extra hours and days, as and when required by the business). You must be very flexible with days and hours you can work! This Job includes working on Saturdays.

Please note, even though this is a sales assistant position, you will be managing the store on your own, so you must have experience managing a retail store! 3+ years of retail supervisory/management experience required in the past 5 years! Ideally within the fashion industry. Must have good IT/computer skills!

Must be willing to work flexible hours to suit business needs. This includes working on Saturday’s! Many years of Retail fashion experience is a must! Also, must have good customer service skills. Duties include selling and upselling to customers, till operation, cashing up, key holder, opening and closing the shop on your own. Managing the store on your own. Merchandising, stock control, maintain cleanliness and tidying throughout the day, sale & promotions preparation and all other related tasks as required. There may be the possibility to work extra hours nearer to Christmas and to cover when other staff are on holiday. Includes working between Monday to Saturday.
