Summary
Are you passionate about plants and people? We are looking for a knowledgeable and hands-on Horticultural Manager to lead the team at our family-run garden centre!
You will play a key role in ensuring the health and vitality of our plants and providing exceptional customer service. You will oversee all aspects of the horticulture department, including plant care, replenishment, product selection, and employee management. You will also assist in the running of the shop floor.
Your knowledge and expertise in horticulture will help us maintain and expand our reputation as the garden centres of choice for our customers.
Additional duties include:
Identify and address plant health issues, diseases, and nutritional deficiencies.
Maintain accurate records of plant inventory and conditions.
Ensure plants are well-organised and visually appealing to customers.
The perfect candidate will have expertise knowledge in horticulture, retail experience, have great leadership skills, and be a trustworthy keyholder.
