We have an exciting permanent opportunity within the HR Transformation Team for a Workforce Engagement and Website Administration Advisor.
We’re looking for someone educated to National 5 level, ideally with a background in customer service or human resources. You’ll bring excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills to a fast-paced team handling a varied workload.

Your responsibilities will include managing the myNL, WorkwellNL, and myNL Portal websites. While prior experience in website administration is advantageous, full training will be provided. You’ll also deliver training sessions—both virtually and in person—across the Council.
A creative flair is desirable, as you’ll be developing infographics and guidance materials on a wide range of topics.
