Key Responsibilities:
- Attract and Select Top Talent:
Design and deliver effective recruitment strategies to attract high-calibre professionals across a range of disciplines. - Building Strategic Partnerships:
Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment plans. - Innovate Candidate Attraction:
Use social media, job boards, and creative sourcing methods to build a strong pipeline of passionate and skilled candidates. - Support Hiring Managers:
Provide expert guidance throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all involved. - Champion Candidate Experience:
Conduct interviews, provide timely feedback, and ensure a respectful and engaging journey for every applicant. - Leverage Data and Insights:
Use recruitment systems and analytics to track performance, identify trends, and continuously improve processes. - Ensure Compliance:
Conduct pre-employment checks in line with strict safeguarding and confidentiality protocols.

- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the public or third sector.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
