Engineering Administrator – 6 month secondment
We are looking for an organised and focused individual to help provide administrative support to the Engineering Department on a 6 month secondment basis
Key responsibilities
Providing support for the Engineering Reliability team as required with all associated administration, planning tasks/creating KPI’s
Supporting the coordination of equipment & parts to site
Point of contact with external suppliers/internal departments
Providing administrative support to the Engineering Stores
Building and maintaining effective relationships with all site personnel
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and consistency
Participating in training and development of self and as part of the Engineering team
Other duties which may rise from time to time
Skills / Attributes required:
Excellent understanding and ability to work with computer-based applications (MS Office suite).
Excellent collaborative team skills.
Excellent verbal and written English language and communication skills
Experience with SAP is preferred although not essential
Knowledge of Shire preferable but not essential
