What You'll Be Doing:
• Supporting pupils across KS1 or KS2 in your role as a Primary Teaching Assistant
• Leading small group sessions in literacy, numeracy, and phonics
• Assisting the teacher in planning and lesson delivery
• Encouraging positive learning behaviours and independence
• Working with pupils with mild SEN and EAL needs
• Helping prepare engaging resources and maintaining a tidy learning environment
• Being an active, reliable member of the wider school team

Ideal Primary Teaching Assistant For this Croydon School:
• Graduate with a 2:1 or above – any academic background welcomed
• Passionate about education and developing young learners
• Confident, articulate and ready to engage pupils of all abilities
• Adaptable and collaborative with a strong sense of initiative
• Committed to full-time work from September through July
• Experience with children is a bonus, but not essential
