Contract Manager (Landscape)
Location: Flexible Devon & Cornwall
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience plus company van
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: 40 hours per week – flexible start and finish times available
Our client is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager in the Landscaping world.
They are looking for an organised, proactive Contract Manager looking for a new opportunity within the soft landscaping and grounds maintenance sector. This is a busy and fast-paced role that needs a Contract Manager to be able to deliver smooth project delivery.
Your management experience will enable you to plan and administer high profile sites across the South-West. Attention to the detail whilst delivering a service on time and right the first time will help you progress within this company.
You don’t have to recruit a new team as the company has vastly experienced team(s) that are all experienced and trained.
You need to have experience to deliver contracts of £1 Millon upwards and have excellent communication skills not only with the operatives but clients as well.
You will have admin support as well as financial and compliance support from your local office to help you succeed in this role.
We require you to hold SMSTS and a Gold CSCS card.
