Crynodeb
To provide digital training in various settings; online/classroom/at the elbow. To ensure the trust Digital training system is up to date with the most relevant content and this is shared with wider teams. Be a subject matter expert on a variety of topics related to digital training and clinical pathways. Contribute to planning, design and delivery of complex Training, advice and instructions to clinical and non-clinical staff. Analyse current skill levels of groups of staff to contribute to training plans. Co-ordinate and collaborate with Learning and Development Teams ensuring online Training is in accordance with job roles and SOPs. Assist with the development of additional training materials including Quick reference Guides and training handouts. Deliver Specific and appropriate training and learning activities as agreed with Change leads, Clinical Informatics and Project Teams. Full times hours flexible working and hybrid working considered.
