Morson Talent are currently recruiting for a proactive and relationship-driven Contract Co-Ordinator to support and enhance service delivery to key customers.
In this role, you'll take ownership of customer orders, stock settings, and back-order management-ensuring we consistently meet service level agreements and exceed expectations.
As the main escalation point for both customers and National Account Managers (NAMs), you'll work cross-functionally with the client's support teams to deliver exceptional service to our strategic accounts.
Key Responsibilities
· Ensure on-site store is open for the core contracted hours of 09:00 - 15:00.
· Deliver first class customer service.
· Effectively manage customer orders and quotations utilising both Client's and Customers ordering platforms.
· Management of dedicated customer email inbox.
· Support customers Stakeholders to manage respiratory equipment.
· Pro-active manage customer back orders, looking at ways to deliver to time, source alternatives and keep NAM and customers updated.
· Attend monthly and quarterly review meetings with the customer when required.
· Create and send Monthly Loader Updates (catalogue management)
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
· Good communication skills
· Excellent customer service skills
· Supply chain knowledge
· Ability to plan, prioritise and effectively manage daily/weekly workload
· Knowledge/experience of SAP and other IT systems
· Self motivated
· Able to deal with complex and demanding customers
· Excellent knowledge of products, customers, their activities and vendors
Requirements
Security Requirements:
Successful candidates must be eligible to undergo BPSS and SC Clearance to work at the site (Support will be provided through the application process).
Pay Rates & Work Arrangements
£32000 - 35000 DOE
40 standard hours a week,(Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00)
33 days holiday annually
Temp to Perm position
The successful candidate will need to achieve a baseline level of security clearance in order to fulfil this role (inc basic DBS Check).
