Where will you be working?
We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.
This role will be within our Developer services team. Our developer services team connects water and wastewater services, installs lateral drains, and enables new developments access to vital water and wastewater services.

What will you be doing?

As the Ganger, you'll be part of our Operations team. Responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of our wastewater and water infrastructure and civil engineering projects.
You'll lead and direct the site operatives and works gang in civil engineering works to ensure the safe, efficient and timely delivery of the works.
We'll need you to ensure progress is maintained, quality levels are achieved and to keep an accurate record of work undertaken including resources, plant and material on site
You'll maintain site safety, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental and quality requirements
We'll need you to handle the delivery of daily briefing and maintenance of supporting paperwork.
You'll ensure all RAMS, permits etc are valid and in place and works are provided in line with the plan.
What you’ll bring

- Do you have knowledge of the water industry civils and utilities works?
- Are you someone how has the ability to manage and support a small team of operatives?
- Do you hold a CSCS, EUSR and CPCS Registration?
- Due to the nature of the role do you have proven experience of Streetworks?
- Do you have a NRSWA qualification?
- Have you got a Water SHEA & National Water Hygiene qualification? This is desired.
