What skills and experience we're looking for
Welbeck Primary School are looking to appoint an Office Manager to take a leading role in an efficient office team for the school. You would be joining an exceptional and supportive team of professionals, including an experience School Business Manager, who are relentless in our pursuit of excellence. Our mission is to make every day count for the children. Each of our individual roles has an impact on the future of our children. We put the children at the heart of every decision we make.
We are looking for someone who is excited to be a part of our team. Who has excellent communication and organisational skills, the ability to juggle competing demands, and who can build positive relationships with stakeholders.
We are looking for someone who:
• Is passionate about customer experience and excellent service.
• Is interested in education and impacting on the lives of children.
• Enjoys working in a busy office environment and has the ability to cope with conflicting demands, deadlines and interruptions.
• Is hard working, passionate, and keen to motivate and lead the office team.
• Has excellent administration skills, with a high level of efficiency, accuracy and confidentiality with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Can work effectively with and without direction.
• Has enthusiasm, energy, integrity and professionalism.
• Knowledge and experience of using schools MIS and Finance systems – preferred but not essential.
• Is a team player.
• Has the ability to be flexible
• Has an eye for detail.
• Is willing to roll up their sleeves up and get stuck in.
