Workchain is currently seeking a reliable and experienced HGV Class 1 Driver to join our client in Taunton on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to various destinations.Key responsibilities:- Drive HGV Class 1 vehicles in a safe and responsible manner- Complete deliveries and collections as scheduled- Carry out vehicle checks and report any defects- Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collectionsQualifications required:- Valid HGV Class 1 license- CPC qualification- Digital tachograph card- Previous experience in a similar role is preferredThe pay rate for this position is between £17 to £18 per hour.To apply for this exciting opportunity, please visit workchain.co.uk and complete the online application form.
