Bolt World Fasteners Ltd is a specialist supplier of industrial fasteners and fixings, offering a wide range of products including socket cap screws, hex bolts, nuts, washers, self-drilling screws, and stainless steel fasteners. With an expanding product catalogue and in-house capabilities such as plating and passivation, we serve customers across construction, engineering, and manufacturing sectors.
We are now looking for a proactive and organised Project Support Officer to join our team and support operational efficiency and project coordination across departments.
Role Overview
You will support the management team with supplier coordination, product data management, internal process tracking, and warehouse communication. This role bridges administration, product support, and e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage product setup, updates, and technical data in line with internal standards
Liaise with suppliers for pricing, lead times, and stock information
Assist with internal project tracking related to pricing updates, plating schedules, and new product launches
Maintain and update SKU data, spreadsheets, product specs, and stock levels
Prepare quotations, internal reports, and purchase orders
Work closely with the warehouse and operations teams to ensure accurate fulfilment and stock control
Provide administrative support to directors and project leads
Support customer account management and B2B order communications
Assist in ongoing process improvements and digital catalogue management
What We're Looking For
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Ability to manage and update technical product information
Strong communication and coordination skills
Proactive and capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines
Willingness to learn about fasteners, plating, and fixings (training provided)
Must be able to work on-site at RM20 3XD
Desirable Skills
Experience with stock control or order fulfilment systems
Background in technical product support, e-commerce, or supplier management
Understanding of plating processes, stainless steel types, or fasteners (preferred but not essential)
Previous use of ERP, WordPress, or WooCommerce platforms is a plus
