About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Health & Safety Advisor to join a leading contractor working across major infrastructure and construction projects in the UK. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about maintaining the highest standards of health and safety across all project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and enforce health and safety standards across project sites
  • Conduct risk assessments, audits, and toolbox talks
  • Support incident investigations and report writing
  • Promote a positive safety culture among site teams
  • Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations and company HSEQ policies

Ideal Candidate:
NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent
Proven experience in a similar H&S role within construction or civil engineering
Strong communication and leadership skills
Full UK driving licence
Willing to travel and lodge away from home when required
