Are you an experienced and qualified Early Years professional ready to lead and inspire?
We are looking for a passionate Nursery Room Lead to join a welcoming and supportive nursery in Kingshurst. This is a fantastic long-term opportunity to make a real difference in children’s early development, while guiding a small team of practitioners.
• Lead and manage the daily running of your designated room
• Support and mentor nursery staff, creating a positive and nurturing team environment
• Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS curriculum
• Ensure a safe, stimulating, and caring environment for children aged 3 months to 5 years
• Maintain high standards of care and safeguarding practices
• Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (or above)
• Previous experience working in a nursery setting (essential)
• Experience leading a team or room within a nursery
• Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Passionate about early years education and development
