Summary
We are pleased to be recruiting for x3 Permanent Production Machine Operators.
Our Client are one of the largest UK manufactures of Plastic Injection Moulders who are looking to fill x3 vacancies within their modern manufacturing site located at Runcorn.
Starting Salary £25,400 Plus per year pending experience.
* Working Hours are, Mornings, Afternoon and Nights (weekly rotating shifts)
* This Job role is offered on a Perm Basis
Job Description:
General: Reporting to Shift Supervisor
You will be required to train and operate modern Automated PLC Driven Plastic Moulding Machines within a busy production environment.
Carry out all quality control inspections as laid down in the company quality inspection manual, reporting any deviations to the Shift Supervisor or QA Manager.
Undertaking the corrective actions deemed necessary when goods fall outside the laid down specification by rejecting or quarantining production.
To ensure all operators are undertaking the required visual checks on all products to ensure optimum quality standards, and they are correctly recording and labeling goods.
To complete all relevant paperwork applicable to the process/inspection or reports.For example pallet tickets, production log sheets, quality inspection result sheets etc.
Participate in all ongoing training plans.
