As a vital part of our team, you will join a supportive group comprising Orthotists, orthotics technicians, and administrators. Our department features an on-site workshop equipped with advanced technology and our workflows for Spinal Orthoses and Functional Foot Orthoses are fully digitalised. The OUH trust is highly motivated to access new cutting-edge orthotic technologies to advance the care of our patients.
We pride ourselves on being an innovative and collaborative team, working closely with clinicians and suppliers across the Trust to develop new and effective patient treatments. The majority of your clinics will be based at the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre, with occasional opportunities to work within the community.
We strongly encourage multi-disciplinary teamwork, with the Trust managing numerous complex and multi-disciplinary caseloads, including:
· Paediatric Spinal conditions
· Diabetic Foot
· Adult Foot & Ankle
· Neurology
· Gait Analysis
· Paediatrics
Applicants must be HCPC registered, with membership of BAPO preferred.
