Wordsley Green Surgery are looking for an experienced receptionist to join their team We are looking for someone who is experienced in EMIS Web able to carry out a range of reception duties including meet & greet at front of house, making & receiving telephone calls as required, scanning documents & processing prescriptions. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be highly motivated, be used to working in a high pressured environment, have a friendly manner with a flexible approach to work and be able to work collaboratively as a key member of our team. The core hours for the reception department are 8am until 6:30pm however our extended hours require a start of 7am or a finish of 8pm. We also open 1 in 4 Saturdays. Your weekly hours will be fixed but you may on occasions be asked to cover sickness, annual leave and Saturdays. Please note that should this vacancy attract sufficient interest it may be necessary to close the vacancy at an earlier date.
