Court Usher/Admin Assistant - Leeds

Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm (some flexibility required)
£12.21 per hour
Temporary assignment with potential to extend
Fully onsite

Are you highly organised, detail-focused, and a confident communicator? We're recruiting a Court Usher to support a busy Public Sector department in the heart of Leeds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting up the court rooms (water, pads, pens etc)
  • Ensuring correct schedule for the court rooms
  • Collating court files and papers
  • Giving directions to court rooms
  • Ensuring courts are running smoothly
  • Recording outcomes
  • Data entry

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Confident communicator
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • A flexible and reliable approach to work

Important: This role requires an Enhanced DBS check and three years of references.
