You will have the opportunity to deliver on the HR Transformation and Engagement project plan by managing a team that will work to deliver the plan with multiple disciplines with the main focus on the HR digital agenda.
You will work in partnership with stakeholders including the wider People Resources team and management teams and will have a pivotal role in influencing and driving change. You will have responsibility for reviewing current processes and reengineering them to be more effective and efficient.
You will be responsible for the creation and implementation of comprehensive guidance and training to support new processes and support this with effective communication strategies.
You will drive excellence in customer service and be responsible for the employee website making sure it is updated and accurate and is aligned with moving strategy.
Educated to HND/SVQ4/Degree level or equivalent qualification with significant work experience in an HR Field, you must have experience of managing teams with people management skills (including managing attendance, performance & development).
