Summary
Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for property maintenance? We're looking for a Mobile Caretaker to join our team, supporting a portfolio of properties across Cambridge.
About the Role:
As a Mobile Caretaker, you'll be the friendly face our residents rely on to keep their homes safe, clean, and well-maintained. You'll travel between sites, carrying out a variety of tasks including:
- Cleaning of communal areas
- Groundskeeping and communal area upkeep
- Health & safety checks and reporting
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a cleaning, grounds, gardening or caretaking role
- A full UK driving licence
- A proactive, can-do attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Basic IT skills for logging tasks and reporting issues
