Summary
**Job Purpose and work duties**
* Im a 31 year old male looking for a part-time Personal Assistant. to support me on a one-to-one basis for a maximum of 6 hours a week with various activities in and around my home
**Work Duties:**
* To provide companionship and stimulating conversation
* To take me out and support me doing the things I enjoy
* Eg walking, socialising in the community, drive out in the countryside,
* To encourage and support with domestic tasks e.g. laundry, housework and meal preparation
* To take me shopping
* Other requirements
* Establish and maintain effective communication with employer
* Driver with car
* Work in a safe way and highlight health and safety concerns
* Maintain confidentiality
* Previous experience of working with people with mental health issues would be preferable
**Location**
Within the employers home and local community
**Hours and rate of pay**
* 6 hours per week. Flexible hours according to weekly need from £12.21 per hour. Occasional evenings or weekend hours to be discussed with employer.
