Your RoleAs a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

Delivering 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN, including autism, ADHD, and communication or emotional difficulties

Assisting teachers in tailoring learning activities to suit individual pupil needs

Helping students build essential skills such as self-confidence, independence, and communication

Supporting behaviour management and fostering a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere

Monitoring student progress and reporting to the SENCo and wider staff team
Who We’re Looking ForWe are looking for a committed and empathetic graduate who:

Holds a 2:1 degree or above in Psychology, Education, or a related field

Has prior experience working with children or young people with SEN (through school, care, or voluntary roles)

Brings a calm, flexible, and patient approach to supporting children with diverse needs

Has a genuine interest in pursuing a long-term career in education, child development, or therapeutic support
