Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Speech and Language Therapist to join a vibrant special school in London, supporting students aged 11-19 with speech, language, and communication needs, including Autism, ADHD, and complex learning profiles.
This is a full-time, permanent role, ideal for a Band 6 clinician or an experienced Band 5 looking to step up. You'll be part of a warm, multidisciplinary team where SaLTs are genuinely valued and fully embedded into daily school life. The school provides small-group and 1:1 settings where impact is visible and relationships are central to progress.
Working term-time in school hours, you'll deliver assessments, personalised interventions, and contribute to EHCPs and reviews. You'll work alongside teachers, TAs, and external professionals in an environment that champions communication development, emotional literacy, and inclusive practice.
You'll benefit from a competitive London-weighted salary, opportunities for regular CPD, and a setting that supports both clinical expertise and personal wellbeing.
