About the Company:A medium-sized housing developer is looking for a freelance Finishing Manager / Assistant Site Manager for a project in Burntwood.
Job Duties:
• Supporting the Site Manager with the back end of the build
• Snagging houses and ensuring they meet quality standards
• Handing over completed plots to the housing association
• SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme)
• CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
• First Aid certification
• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
• Valid Driving Licence
• Previous experience in house building
• Proven track record in snagging homes and ensuring quality standards
This role involves working on-site in Burntwood, West Midlands. The Finishing Manager will be required to work full-time hours on a contract basis, ensuring the timely completion and handover of properties to the housing association.
