Summary

Job Title: Janitor/Groundskeeper
Location: Dunblane
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Fully on-site

  • Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM (one day per week until 4:00 PM)

  • Friday: 7:30 AM - 2:30 PM

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a reliable and proactive Janitor/Groundskeeper to join our team based in Dunblane. This is a hands-on, varied role that involves maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and general upkeep of the building and surrounding grounds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General janitorial duties, including cleaning, waste disposal, and restocking supplies

  • Daily inspection and maintenance of the building and facilities

  • Groundskeeping tasks such as litter picking, light landscaping, and seasonal outdoor maintenance

  • Basic repairs and DIY tasks

  • Ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for staff and visitors

  • Supporting with room setups and minor logistical tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar janitorial or groundskeeping role preferred

  • Good practical skills with a proactive and can-do attitude

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong awareness of health and safety practices

  • Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
