Plumber Multi Trade - Dorset
£34,000 per annum + van and fuel card.
Job role:
The role is working on a responsive repairs contract on MOD properties in and around Dorset.
Multiskilled Requirements:
• Previous social housing repairs and maintenance experience
• Good Plumbing maintenance experience
• Positive attitude
• External repairs and maintenance
• Polite and used to working with customers
• Plumbing as core trade
• Competent in all trades maintenance work, minor carpentry, painting, tiling etc.
• Happy travelling to various jobs in work van
• DBS check will be carried out before starting
• Full UK driving license essential
• 40 hour weeks
• Good package
• Security check will be carried out
This is a really exciting opportunity for a Multiskilled worker to join a new team and be part of a busy housing contract with a very busy contractor.
