We’re looking for an Electrical Engineer to deliver high-quality electrical and building services maintenance across a variety of client sites in the region.

You’ll be based at a fantastic site with excellent facilities, including a heavily subsidised staff restaurant, onsite parking, and great access to the local motorway network.

Job Description

This is an electrically biased role focused on fault finding, repairs, installations, and general maintenance, all to provide a world-class engineering service in a modern and well-equipped environment.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out electrical PPM, reactive and proactive tasks within agreed timeframes.
Support building services maintenance, including HVAC, mechanical and fabric tasks.
Provide out-of-hours callout response as per the rota.
Manage and monitor contractors; issue and oversee Permits to Work.
Ensure compliance with performance standards, H&S, risk assessments, and COSHH.
Maintain accurate records and complete all administrative tasks on time.
Proactively engage with clients and suggest service improvements.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

City & Guilds Level 3 (2230, 2330, 2356/2357) and 18th Edition (BS:7671:2008) required.
AM1 and AM2 certifications are essential.
Inspection & Testing (2394/5), JIB card, IPAF/PASMA preferred.
Full UK Driving Licence required.
Strong background in electrical maintenance, fault finding, and installations.
Experience in FM or commercial building services is essential.
Proven adherence to H&S protocols, risk assessments, and method statements.
