Our family-owned, online sportswear company sells all over the world and we are looking for people who care about customers and get job satisfaction through helping them.
We have vacancies in our general Call Centre, which involves dealing with customers' queries and complaints on our internet site by phone and email and advising them on their purchases.
We do not 'cold call', we are not in the business of hard selling, and our main aim is to make sure our customers are satisfied with every aspect of their experience with us. We have won national awards for the way we treat people and we aim to continually improve.
Roles in the general Call Centre are office-based and are in three shifts - 8am to 4.30pm, 9am, to 5.30pm and 11.30am to 8pm, Monday to Friday. Over a six-week period, staff will work one early and one late shift and four middle shifts.
There is also a requirement to work one Saturday a month.
As our business continues to grow , we are now looking for more people with the human touch to boost our team. Full training is available.
