Your Mission (If You Choose to Accept It)
Lead a team of enthusiastic educators and be the spark behind unforgettable days.
Spend half your time with the children—digging, laughing, exploring—and the other half building a thriving, joyful team.
Design and champion a magical EYFS-based curriculum that includes crafts, forest play, and storytelling!
Become an Ofsted hero, keeping standards high, policies tight, and safeguarding top-notch.
Make connections with parents and carers—sharing smiles, updates, and the occasional muddy high‑five.
Juggle spreadsheets, staffing, and snack-time chaos with a sense of humour & grace
Are You the One?
Qualified at Level 3 or above in Early Years (CACHE/NVQ/EYTT/Level 6).
Proven nursery leader (Deputy or Manager), with at least 2 years of management experience.
Passionate about play-based learning, outdoor adventures, and letting kids get messy.
Calm, organised, flexible—and able to lead your team through the whirlwind of nursery life.
A wiggle‑your‑ears, read‑The‑Gruffalo‑six‑times‑in‑a‑row kind of person. Bonus points if you can sniff out a stinky nappy in seconds!
Why You’ll Love Us
A team culture that celebrates every success and supports one another like family
Training, mentoring, and career growth (plus forest school qualifications, if that’s your jam!)
A nursery culture that gets messy, loves learning, and believes childhood is for adventuring.
A real chance to make an impact in young children’s lives and in your career
Celebrations, including meals out for achieving Outstanding Ofsted rating.
