The Role
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the day to day support to one of our schools. Your responsibilities will include:
Provide General clerical support in one of our busy main school offices, particularly coordinating documentation of Educational Health Care Plans (EHCP).
To minute meetings and maintain pupil data on the Trust’s information system, Bromcom and submit Census Returns.
To provide main office cover when required.
Using standard Microsoft software including Excel
Knowledge around Safeguarding
To communicate with across Trust team members and liaise with professionals and agencies.
May be required to work at any of our six sites permanently or as cover.

A genuine passion for education and the well-being of children
A drive to deliver a high standard of customer service
Excellent communication and word processing skills
Excellent organisational skills and able to work to deadlines
The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the Trust
Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude
Self motivated
