Job Title: General Operative (Temp to Perm Opportunity)

Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

Are you looking to kick-start your career in manufacturing and production? One of our established clients in Cannock is offering an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for a General Operative who’s ready to learn, work hard, and grow with the company.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, committed, and has the right attitude to work. This is a great opportunity to join a forward-thinking business that is willing to train and invest in the right person.
Key Responsibilities:
- Machine operating (including Press Brake and Turret Punch)
- General warehouse and yard duties
- Stud/Spot welding
- Labouring tasks (may involve heavy lifting)
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Supporting different departments as needed on the shopfloor or yard
Requirements:
- Willingness to learn and be trained across various tasks
- Flexible to work overtime when required
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
