We are looking for a CNC Setter/Operator/Programmer for our client based near Diss to join their machine shop team and work alongside their current machinist.
What You’ll Do:
• Set, operate & program multi-axis CNC machines (Fanuc)
• Perform milling, turning & multi-tool setups
• Read technical drawings & produce precision components
• Work on HAAS, XYZ, Colchester Harrison & Tryax machines
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous CNC machining experience on lathes and mills
• Fanuc programming skills and general knowledge of G&M Codes
• Excellent attention to detail, communication & time management skills
• Confidence working independently and in a team
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and respected company who value their staff. The pay is £18 to £20 per hour, depending on experience and output. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, totaling 40 hours per week. The role includes 25 days of holiday per year, plus bank holidays. Additional benefits include free parking, a pension scheme, and death in service cover.
