What You'll Do:-
Be a trusted adult and therapeutic role model to children aged 10-17

Build deep, meaningful relationships that foster security and growth

Create joyful, structured routines filled with fun, learning, and healing

Work alongside onsite professionals in education and mental health

Provide a consistent, calm presence through life's ups and downs

Work shifts (including sleep-ins and alternate weekends) as part of a close-knit team

Previous experience is welcome (residential care, youth work, SEN, support work) -
