At Whittlebury Park, we are seeking a proactive, well-organised Event Enquiry Specialist to join our Conference & Events Sales team. Nestled in hundreds of acres of ancient parkland, Whittlebury offers an award-winning four-star hotel, conference, and training centre. Our facilities include our 3 AA Rosette-winning Murray’s fine dining restaurant, luxurious spa, and 36-hole championship golf course.
Salary: up to £25396.80 per annum (based on a 40-hour work week)
What will you do?
As an Event Enquiry Specialist, you will:
• Respond promptly to event inquiries (within 2 hours) with professionalism and attention to client satisfaction
• Convert leads into bookings through clear communication and tailored event solutions
• Provide detailed information on services, packages, and facilities to support client decisions
• Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and positive referrals
• Manage bookings, including diary coordination, inbox handling, and daily accuracy checks
• Conduct site inspections and follow up on provisional bookings proactively
• Collaborate with external providers for quotes on entertainment, transport, and activities
• Support team targets, maintain competitor awareness, and assist with wedding inquiries as needed
