What You’ll Be Doing
As a Resourcing Coordinator, you'll be at the centre of a busy recruitment operation, supporting the mobilization of skilled personnel to offshore and onshore projects. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Proactively sourcing candidates and building a robust talent pipeline
• Screening CVs and conducting pre-interview assessments
• Coordinating with hiring managers to align talent with project demands
• Ensuring compliance with all employment laws and safety regulations
• Supporting weekly resourcing meetings and client discussions
• Maintaining personnel records and certification trackers to a high standard
What You’ll Bring
• Previous experience in recruitment administration or coordination – ideally in the oil & gas or offshore sector
