Role Overview: We seek a highly motivated, technically astute Business Sales Executive to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth for product manufacturing clients in the UK/EU. This role involves proactive sales, direct client interaction, and leveraging engineering, business, and marketing expertise to secure commercial relationships from market analysis to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities:
* **Marketing, Sales & Lead Generation:** Leverage digital marketing/social media for lead generation and visibility. Proactively identify, research, and qualify new business opportunities/clients in UK/EU markets (automotive, composites, engineered products). Initiate outbound sales (LinkedIn, email, calls) for high-quality leads/meetings. Build a validated sales pipeline by targeting 300-500 verified UK/EU buyers from key sectors.
* **Client Engagement & Product Presentation:** Conduct meetings with qualified buyers, presenting tailored value propositions and in-depth product presentations at client locations, industry events, trade shows. Understand/articulate client product specifications, technical requirements, and procurement processes to effectively position solutions. Support new market entry by facilitating rapid buyer connection.
* **Negotiation & Deal Closure:** Actively participate in commercial negotiations, assisting in pricing, samples, and contract terms. Support clients through RFQ process and provide technical clarifications. Contribute to converting prospects into long-term clients, securing new contracts/framework agreements.
* **Commercial Tracking & Strategy:** Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, pipeline progress in ZOHO CRM. Generate regular CRM insight reports (e.g., weekly); assist in strategy adjustments based on data/market feedback. Monitor/report on sales targets and performance metrics.
* **Cross-functional Collaboration:** Liaise internally with Frugal's sourcing, engineering, marketing, and staffing teams for cohesive client solutions/project delivery.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
* **Essential:**
* Degree in mechanical or automotive engineering.
* UK Full Driving license and Own Car.
* Proven Experience in using ZOHO CRM and ZOHO One environment.
* Minimum 5-6 years demonstrable professional experience in a business development, sales, or client-facing commercial role within a B2B environment.
* Minimum 3-4 years of experience gained within the UK engineering and business sector, particularly involving market entry or engagement with automotive industry clients. This is essential for navigating the UK market landscape.
* Proven experience working directly with UK and EU clients previously, demonstrating an understanding of Western market expectations, business etiquette, and effective communication in a B2B context.
* Proven experience working in India within the automotive manufacturing industry or specifically with Indian manufacturers or suppliers.
* Strong understanding of the intersection of business, marketing, and engineering concepts, with an ability to apply this knowledge effectively in a commercial context relevant to product manufacturing and sourcing.
* Demonstrated ability to actively support and assist in negotiation processes, including discussions around pricing, samples, and terms and conditions.
* Holds relevant certifications or possesses proven experience with: Digital Marketing strategies and platforms, Lean methodologies, APQP, Supply chain and Sourcing, Project management tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Operations-related processes relevant to manufacturing.
* A natural "go-getter" and initiator, demonstrating a highly focused and results-driven approach. Must be a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of business finance principles, including understanding pricing models, commission structures, and sales targets.
* Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to convey complex technical and commercial information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
* Willingness to undertake occasional travel within the UK and EU for client visits, product presentations, and trade shows, as required by business needs.
* **Desirable:**
o A diploma/certification in Business Management/Sales Management/Engineering Management.
o Aptitude for future team leadership or experience mentoring junior professionals.
o Familiarity with broader CRM systems beyond just LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
