Mission for Maintenance Person
To fix damaged items and to maintain items that are starting to show signs of weakening in order to add to the items’ longevity and minimize the cost of reactive maintenance. Assist with set-up of new properties: flat-pack furniture, curtains/blinds, applying wallpaper, hanging wall decor. Maintain the gardens and outside areas of properties.
Outcomes
To fix all items reported as requiring attention
To identify and repair any items that are starting to give in
To provide a quick turn-around for setting up of new properties - collaborate closely with the setup Manager for doing so
To have gardens look fully tidy and clean at all times
To paved areas/slabs to be weed-free at all times
To log number of maintenance issues originating from guests - communicate information to Property Manager
To communicate the numbers of complaints if confronted to the Property Manager
