About Acrefield House:
Acrefield House offers individual personal living spaces for privacy, dignity, and comfort, with shared communal areas to promote interaction, inclusion, and enjoyment. Located in Birkenhead, Acrefield contains 5 bedrooms, supports young people from the ages of 16 to 25 with very complex needs, including autism, learning disabilities and mental health issues.
We provide our young adults either a safe living environment, supporting and empowering independence while encouraging life choices and social and professional aspirations.
