Position Overview

The role of Lifecycle Coordinator is essential within the Technical Services Lifecycle team and will facilitate and support the Lifecycle team managing lifecycle processes, supporting the team in the delivery of lifecycle plans and monitoring and managing Mitie internal governance processes and procedures by providing consistent and accurate document control across the both the Healthcare and Education and Local Government Business Units.

The role of Lifecycle Coordinator will report into the Head of Lifecycle and will work collaboratively with the Lifecycle team, Projects team, FM Operational teams, Central support teams and Senior Management



Responsibilities

-Work with the Head of Lifecycle and the Lifecycle team to ensure robust management of the Lifecycle contracts.

-Accurate data control for submissions, approvals and a focus on contractual requirements and deadlines

-Continuously monitor and ensure the Lifecycle and Operational teams provide the required information to meet contract standards

-Support the Assistant Lifecycle Managers and Lifecycle Managers with contract administration, minute taking and document control

-Be the central point of contact for the Lifecycle team

-Manage and update Lifecycle trackers and systems

-Prepare reports for monthly senior management meetings

-Deliver effective communications with a range of stakeholders

-Maintain diaries and schedule meetings with multiple attendees



Knowledge, skills & experience

-A proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as on their own (essential)

-Proficient in Microsoft applications Excel, PowerPoint and Word (essential)

-Comfortable communicating with team member across the Mitie group (essential)

-Well organised individual with an understanding of how to prioritise multiple contracts, at a variety of stages (essential)

-Minute taking and actions monitoring (desired)

-Experience in the Facilities Management & PFI sector (desired)
