Summary
Front of House Hotel Receptionist is required to deliver a consistently high level of customer service at the Reception Desk by dealing with all guests and potential clients in a courteous and efficient manner for a well-established hotel chain based in Central London.

As the Front of House Hotel Receptionist you will create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests, to ensure their stay is memorable, helping bring the Hotel’s mission of ‘Serving London Love’ to life!
Working as the Front of House Hotel Receptionist you will be responsible for managing the arrivals and departure process professionally and in accordance with the Hotel’s policy, ensuring billing and payment transactions are correct.

DUTIES
Your duties as a Front of House Hotel Receptionist will include:
• Manage the arrivals and departure process professionally and in accordance with the Hotel’s policy, ensuring billing and payment transactions are correct
• Be fully aware and knowledgeable of all room categories, room rates, packages, promotions at the Hotel
• Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person and over telephone
• Promote a helpful and professional image to guests and give full co-operation to any guest requests in a caring and helpful manner
• Be aware of all Hotel VIPs, corporate and regular guests and ensure their requirements are met
• Demonstrate a knowledge of all local attractions, and landmarks in the hotel vicinity in order to upsell and maximise Hotel revenue
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
• A person who naturally goes above and beyond to create unforgettable guest experiences
• Passion to deliver excellent customer service
• Confidence talking to guests in a professional manner
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferable
