We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pakistani food preparation and production ( Karahi, Korma, Biryani, Rice, Halwa Puri, Paya, Channa, Naan, Roghni Naan, Roti) along with excellent leadership and team management skills. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious meals while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. You will play a key role in fostering a positive and collaborative kitchen environment, delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities
• Oversee all aspects of food preparation and production, ensuring that dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
• Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their culinary skills and performance.
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.
• Develop new recipes and menus that reflect current culinary trends while catering to customer preferences.
• Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques, safety practices, and operational procedures.
• Monitor food presentation and quality, making adjustments as necessary to meet guest expectations.
Experience
• Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
• Demonstrated ability in team management, with experience supervising kitchen staff effectively.
• Excellent culinary skills with a passion for cooking and creating innovative dishes.
• Strong leadership qualities, capable of motivating a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated when required.
