Summary
PS Ltd are Recruiting FLT Counterbalance Drivers for our client in Northampton.
This is a fast-paced role, and previous experience within a pallet network or pallet hub environment is preferred. The role involves loading and unloading single and double-deck HGV trailers and placing pallets into designated bays. Ideally, you should be able to move over 200-400 pallets per shift. There will be pay incentives if you meet the requirements of how many pallets you move.
A full induction and job shadowing will be provided for the first few shifts to familiarise you with the bay system.
You must hold an accredited FLT licence as we do not accept in-house licences. A hi-vis vest and safety footwear are also required.
This is a long-term position with the potential to become a full-time role for the right candidate. Immediate starts are available. Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 20:00-05:00
