Summary
P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently seeking a Onsite Construction Manager to join their team based in Lowestoft on a full-time, 1-year Fixed Term Contract.
Main Responsibilities:
• Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment.
• Overseeing general site operations to ensure efficiency and quality control.
• Coordinating and supervising all on-site trades and subcontractors.
• Proactively resolving conflicts and addressing issues to minimise delays.
• Leading progress meetings and preparing regular project status reports.
• Contributing to programme planning and providing timely updates.
• Maintaining daily communication with the client to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Collaborating closely with the Management to support project delivery.
Person Specification:
• Experienced in similar projects in the food / hygiene industry.
• Experienced in multi trade management.
• Confident / approachable manner.
• Team player.
• Flexibility.
• Qualifications in Safety / Site Management (SMSTS Minimum).
Working Hours:
• Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00
• Occasional weekend work – paid at an overtime rate.
