SP for MH Team, extensive knowledge in MHA, S117 review & discharge, managing and overseeing review team within MH Service & to deliver statutory MH Reviews
To provide advice and support to social workers and care managers in the team on casework.
• To support the Team Manager by deputising in their absence and to act as Duty Manager when needed.
• To chair some Professional Meetings/Case Conferences as appropriate.
• To support the social worker on duty so that incoming concerns are acted upon in a timely and appropriate manner.
• To record actions and decisions in a clear and robust way on the Mosaic database.
• To undertake some complex enquiries, liaising with both internal and external colleagues as appropriate

Essential Requirements:
Degree/Masters in Social Work and SWE registration.
2+ years of post-qualification experience.
Strong knowledge of UK social care legislation and practice.
