Crynodeb
The CPOC Team sits within the wider LSCFT organisation and is one of the childrens and young peoples services dedicated to the care of children within the community. CPOC is a service which provides nursing and specialist healthcare to Children & Young People (CYP) with an identified continuing health need in their own homes/out in the community and schools. Support from a package of care facilitates the transfer home from hospital or enables the family to have support in order to meet their childs needs fully and live a fulfilled life home with their family and within their community. This is an NHS ran service and incorporates all the standard NHS staff benefits for working within the service e.g. Enhanced rate for nights and weekend work, pension, paid sick leave, annual leave entitlements and access to evidence based training.
