Crynodeb
The primary purpose is to support and enhance the psychological care of service users of Lambeth Talking Therapies Service. The post holder will work within the overall framework of the team and adhere to the team policies and procedures. They will be supported by with regular supervision and line management with a qualified clinician. This opening is ideal for recent psychology graduates, planning a career in clinical psychology / psychological therapies and keen to developexperience in working with adults presenting with common mental health problems. This post is a busy one, a clinical post with high administrative and clinical demands. Lambeth Talking Therapies consists of approximately 100 clinical and administration staff providing a service across Lambeth. This is a borough of high social and psychological needs with considerable cultural diversity. The service sees clients with a wide range of common mental illnesses and varying levels of severity. Many clients present with multipleproblems including social, housing and employment issues. The post is 1.0 wte. A full time working week is 37.5 hours per week, with four days from 9am 5pm, and one evening per week from 12:00-20:00 if required. We are not currently able to support any part-time posts.
