Crynodeb
This role is for a hands-on working Fabric Engineer with a good understanding of general building services and estates management. The purpose of the role is to assist the estates management team in the provision of maintenance and lifecycle services. The role will include assisting in the operation, repair and maintenance of various buildings and painting and decorating. The perfect candidate will be a multi skilled technician who has a hands-on approach. You will have experience using HVAC and BMS systems and a can do attitude!
